Reservation Policies
|
| |
|
To provide for the rendering of proper service and food preparation, the following policies are established.
|
|
|
|
1. Living Room - Lunch/Dinner. Reservations are expected. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a not to-interfere basis with regular reservations and other scheduled functions.
|
|
|
|
2. Special Club Parties or Functions. Reservations for Club Parties or Special Functions are mandatory. Any member who fails to cancel his/her reservations by
6:00 pm of the day previous to the event will be billed for the function at the same rate as if he/she had attended.

In the Living Room, business attire is acceptable dress for both men and women. No jeans are allowed. For more formal dining occasions, and some special occasions gentlemen are required to wear a coat and tie.
Casual dress and jeans are allowed in the Eagle's Nest.
Members are asked to dress their children in clothing appropriate for a private country club. It is also recommened that members inform their guest(s) in advance of the dress code that applies to their dining plans.
