The Boy's and Girl's Club is Elmcrest Country Club's summer day camp for children ages 4-11. Children ages 4-7 attend the club on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and children ages 8-11 attend Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Each group of Boy's and Girl's Club is organized by teams with a counselor for each. The kids enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere with games, science experiments, tennis lessons, movies, field trips, special visitors and lots of time in the pool. Every day is something new! We want every child to have a great experience...after all, summer-time is meant to be spent having fun.

Counselors have fun with the children, but also teach them about making good choices, thinking of others and playing fair. At the beginning of the summer, the counselors give the children the plan for how they want to spend the last day of camp. In the past, the older children have enjoyed trips to the water park in Waterloo, and this last summer went to Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines. The younger group of children have been able to go to the Play Station for a day to play on the equipment and eat pizza.

Boy's and Girl's Club is a fun place for kids to learn, play and meet new friends.
