Employees are not to be sent on errands by members or guests, nor shall members reprimand an employee.  Any questionable behavior should be reported to the Food and Beverage Manager.  Complaints of a serious nature should be addressed in writing to the General Manager and signed by the complaining member, for forwarding to the appropriate committee for action.

A member's spouse, child, or outside guest is required to sign the member's name above their own when signing checks.

There is a "No Cash" policy for all members.

Food and beverage must be purchased on the premises. No food of beverage may be brought onto the Club grounds and premises.

By Iowa law, any person under the age of 21 cannot be served an alcoholic beverage.

Tipping Policy

The $35 monthly fee is added as a labor cost to offset and it does not go directly to the servers. Many of you already provide additional tips, which do go directly to your servers; this is kind of you. Your staff truly appreciates those additional tips for their gracious, efficient, prompt and pleasant service.
