GOLF MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS
Golf
Executive Junior Golf
Executive Junior Membership is for residents of the state of Iowa, who are between 21 and 34 years of age inclusive. This non-voting membership includes golf privileges and the use of ALL facilities (including the Fitness Center) by the member, spouse and children. Dues and initiation charges for this classification vary in accordance with the member’s age. Executive Junior 1 is age 21 – 30 and Junior 2 is age 31 – 34. The Executive Junior initiation fee applies toward a Full Golf Membership.
Executive Jr 1 - One time Initiation Fee - $1000
Monthly Fees - $189
Golf Membership is for residents of the state of Iowa, who are 21 years of age or older. This class of membership includes all privileges, including voting, and the use of all club facilities (including the Fitness Center) by the member, spouse, and children.
Corporate Golf
Corporate Golf Membership is for companies who want to purchase a Golf Membership for one person. The company has the right to remove the Corporate member and name a different employee, who shall be submitted for approval by the Board of Directors of the Club. Corporate Golf Membership includes ALL privileges (including voting), and the use of all club facilities by the member, spouse and children. The transfer fee to change a Corporate member will be a flat fee. Additional members from the same firm may join for an additional flat fee. Any additional members from the same Corporation will not have voting rights. Any current equity member that transfers to a Corporate membership shall surrender their equity, as it becomes the corporations.
Legacy Golf
Legacy Membership is for residents of the state of Iowa, who are between 21 and 34 years of age inclusive. This membership classification is exclusively for a son or daughter or grandson or granddaughter of an Equity member in good standing. This non-voting membership includes golf privileges and the use of ALL facilities (including the Fitness Center) by the member, spouse and children. Dues and initiation charges for this classification vary in accordance with the member’s age; Legacy 1 is age 21 – 30, Legacy 2 is age 31 – 34, and Legacy 3 is age 35 plus.
NON-GOLF MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS
Executive Junior Full Social
Executive Junior Full Social Membership is for residents of the state of Iowa, who are between 21 and 34 years of age inclusive. This membership includes use of tennis, pool and clubhouse facilities (including the Fitness Center) by the member, spouse and children. There are no golfing privileges or voting rights with this membership. The Executive Junior Full Social initiation fee may be applied toward a Full Participating membership.
Executive Jr 1 - One time Initiation Fee -$300

Full Social
Full Social Membership is for residents of the state of Iowa, who are 21 years of age or older. This membership includes use of tennis, pool and clubhouse facilities (including Fitness Center) by the member, spouse and children. There are no golfing privileges or voting rights with this membership. The Full Social initiation fee may be applied toward a transfer to Full Golf Membership.
Corporate Full Social Membership
Corporate Full Social Membership is for companies who want to purchase a Full Social membership for one person. Legacy Full Social is for residents of the state of Iowa, who are 21 years of age or older. Legacy Full Social is exclusively for a son or daughter or grandson or granddaughter of a Full Social member in good standing. It includes use of tennis, pool and clubhouse facilities (including the Fitness Center) by the member, spouse and children. This is a non-voting and non-golfing membership. Dues vary with the member's age; Legacy 1 is age 21-30, Legacy 2 is age 31-34, and Legacy 3 is age 35 plus. The initiation fee may be applied toward a transfer to Full Golf Membership.
Social & Fitness
Social & Fitness Membership is for residents of the state of Iowa, who are 21 years of age or older. This membership includes ALL social activities and use of the clubhouse facilities by the member, spouse and children. This membership does not include golf, tennis, pool or voting rights. The Social & Fitness initiation fee may be applied toward a transfer to Full Social or Full Golf Membership.
